2 AM Thoughts

I think a lot of people focus more on finding distraction, excitement, and new things when sometimes you have to go through the work in the slow, dull times. I used to always look at monks, and those weird people who meditate for years, or the people who live secluded in forests and prairies in cabins and mountains in awe, because they could dedicate their lives to something for years. What have I ever aspired for, and constantly worked on for more than even a year? It just seems like if anyone actually deserves these things, it would be the people striving towards it.
